Pricing
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through PayHere payment gateway. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your complete credit card information.
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order. For complete details, see our Return Policy.
Recurring Billing
By subscribing to our subscription boxes, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LankaTreats or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LankaTreats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LankaTreats, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
