Our Return Policy

We Accept Returns For:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products that arrived expired or spoiled
  • Missing items from your order

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products opened or partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Gift boxes with personalized notes (unless damaged)
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products past 48 hours from delivery
How to Request a Return
  1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours

    Email us at support@lankatreats.com with your order number and photos of the issue

  2. Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

  3. Return or Replacement

    We'll arrange pickup (if applicable) or send a replacement at no extra cost

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed

Partial Refunds

If only some items in your order have issues, we can process a partial refund for those specific items while you keep the rest of your order.

Subscription Box Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective subscription box, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement box at no charge.
